The Anatomy of Eradication

Pest control is not an event, it is a process. We follow a strict three-phase protocol to trace, destroy, and secure your premises permanently.

Inspection
Phase I

Forensic Audit

The biggest mistake in pest control is treating the symptom (the visible bugs) without finding the cause (the nest). Our audit process maps out exactly how the pests are surviving.

  • We identify specific pest biology & nesting patterns.
  • We map moisture zones and structural entry points (cracks, vents).
  • We deliver a transparent action-plan and quotation.
Treatment Process
Phase II

Targeted Elimination

Once the audit is complete, we deploy specific compounds. We never use one generic spray for all insects. Each species gets a tailored biochemical response.

  • Herbal Pathway: Odorless biological gels applied for cockroaches and ants.
  • Chemical Pathway: Heavy liquid barriers and fumigation for termites and bedbugs.
  • Physical Pathway: Traps, bait stations, and bird netting.
Ongoing Protection
Phase III

Permanent Defense

Eradication is only the beginning. To prevent future colonization, we establish long-term defensive perimeters and provide ongoing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

  • Extended chemical warranty implementation.
  • Scheduled follow-up audits every 3 to 4 months.
  • Free retreats if the perimeter is breached during the warranty.
