Clear, transparent answers regarding chemical toxicity, treatment timelines, and post-service safety measures.
1. Are the chemicals safe for my children and pets?
Absolutely. If you elect to use our "Herbal Approach," we use third-generation biological gels containing Insect Growth Regulators (IGRs) that are completely safe for mammals. For severe infestations where structural spraying is required, we use Government (CIB) and WHO-approved chemicals. Once these sprays dry (typically within 2 hours), the environment is entirely secure.
2. Do I need to empty my kitchen cabinets for cockroach gel baiting?
No. The primary advantage of our Herbal Gel approach is zero disruption. You do not need to empty cabinets, wash utensils post-treatment, or vacate the premises. Our technicians apply microscopic gel dots in structural hinges safely away from food contact.
3. Why do bed bug treatments require two visits?
There is currently no chemical compound on the consumer market that can penetrate the shell of an unhatched bed bug egg without causing severe toxicity to humans. Our first treatment instantly destroys all adult and juvenile bugs. We wait 15 days for the hidden eggs to hatch, and then perform a second precise spray to eliminate the new hatchlings, breaking the lifecycle entirely.
4. How long does the anti-termite treatment warranty last?
For post-construction termite treatments in residential homes, our standard warranty is 1 Year, with options to extend based on an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). For specialized pre-construction treatments at commercial sites, warranties can extend up to 10 years depending on soil conditions and chemical volumes used.
5. Will there be any bad smell after the treatment?
If we use our Herbal Gels, there is absolutely zero odor. If a severe infestation requires our Chemical Protocol (liquid sprays), you may notice a slight medicinal or petroleum-like odor which rapidly dissipates within 2 to 4 hours with proper ventilation.
6. Should I clean the area before or after the treatment?
Before: Normal sweeping and mopping is fine. For bed bugs, please wash infested linens in hot water. After: Do NOT aggressively mop or scrub the floors directly against the skirting boards for at least 3-4 days after a liquid spray, as this will wash away the invisible barrier we have established.
